Legal Basis for Processing
The processing of personal data for purpose (1) is based either on the performance of a contract (when dealing with queries and/or incidents related to a service), compliance with a legal obligation by Klein Ibérica (when the query involves claims related to our services or data protection rights), or on the legitimate interests of Klein Ibérica.
