Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of personal data for purpose (1) is based either on the performance of a contract (when dealing with queries and/or incidents related to a service), compliance with a legal obligation by Klein Ibérica (when the query involves claims related to our services or data protection rights), or on the legitimate interests of Klein Ibérica.

The legal basis for processing purpose (2) is the consent of the data subject, in case communications are requested via the website form, or legitimate interest when sending commercial communications related to a previously contracted service.

For the management of orders, KLEIN IBÉRICA is authorized to process the data when necessary for the performance of a contract or the application of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Article 6.1.d of the GDPR). In this case, providing the minimum personal data is essential to conclude the contract; failure to do so may result in not being able to provide the contracted product or service.

Retention of Personal Data

Data will be retained no longer than necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing or as required by legal obligations. Once no longer needed, they will be securely deleted or anonymized.
